Send us the date, the head count and what you are thinking, and we will come back with a price. If your date is close, call us instead so we can check the smoker schedule with you.
How far ahead should I book?
The sooner the better in the summer, and at least one week ahead for anything with half chickens. Those are ordered in by the case.
Is there a minimum?
Half chicken orders come by the 32 piece case. Everything else we will scale to your party.
Do you deliver and set up?
